I ordered some spare parts that weren't in the box when I bought the game! Everything was fine, they sent them to me but the letter arrived very marked, I suppose because of the piece that was in the same envelope with it. I have to say that apart from this the attention has been excellent, but you have to take care of the details.

Not a serious company. You will never be able to redeem the "points" that you accumulate on your purchases (the exchange is not active, it makes no sense other than to deceive buyers in their first and usually only purchase). Half-made website, wrong stock and chaotic search engine. You place an order on a Monday and hopefully it arrives on Friday.
